Anger is a real and necessary emotion that lives within us all. How we identify and productively deal with anger makes a difference to us and the people around us. Identify common triggers for yourself and others. With the skills gained in this course, you will be able to describe the anger cycle and how to use it to make conflict more productive for everyone involved.
