Mental health awareness is critical for maintaining personal resilience and supporting community well-being in high-stress environments. Learners will explore evidence-informed frameworks, including LIGHTS and SIRENS, to guide peer and self-checks. Emphasis is placed on ethical boundaries, referral protocols, and appropriate communication strategies during mental health crises. With the knowledge gained in this course, you will be able to better recognize, respond to, and refer mental health concerns within your professional scope.
