Course Description

Support business process management, information technology, regulatory compliance, and management-level decision-making through the power of process modeling. A high-quality process model can be a key component of your next successful business process management, information technology or regulatory compliance initiative. Process models are typically used to specify current or future functional, organizational, and information systems architectures, functional requirements, workflow designs, and even automated operations, so that a current or future process may be analyzed, improved, and/or automated. Process modeling is a core competency of a business analyst. Enhance your business analysis or process analysis skillset by learning how to elicit conceptual and logical process information and to use the core elements of Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN). With the skills gained in this course, you will be able to apply effective process modelling in a variety of industries and organizations, from government and business to charities and cooperatives.
