Course Description

To meet or exceed quality standards, businesses must continually examine and adjust their processes, products, and services during a practice known as Quality Assurance (QA). With the skills gained in this course you will be able to develop and implement a quality assurance plan. Graduates of this course will be able to develop the necessary skills to formulate, implement, measure, and evaluate quality objectives and policies for a project. You will also be able to compare quality assurance, quality control, and quality testing. As a graduate you will also be able to create model processes and objectives for quality assurance purposes. It is recommended that you have work experience in Information Systems (IS).
