Course Description

Readiness is the ability of an organization to continue operations in a range of situations. This course introduces you to the activities that enable an organization to continue essential functions and services. Graduates of this course will be able to develop a Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP). Essential services might include such items as food and shelter, staffing management, payroll, utilities, and security. With the skills gained in this course, you will be able to identify essential services of a business and the resources required to provide those functions during an emergency or disruption.
