Course Description

Effective Performance Management Successful leaders use performance management techniques to align employee performance with organizational goals. You will examine how exceptional leaders manage performance in today’s diverse, complex workplace and how they hold successful conversations with employees. Also, identify your personal areas of strength in performance management and discuss how they can be leveraged to improve your performance management further. At the end of this course, you will be able to use performance management to enhance employee motivation and increase your organization’s capacity to meet its goals.
