Course Description

Become informed of the research and testing involved in the User Experience (UX) design process. With the knowledge gained in this course, you will be able to recognize and identify research methods used at different stages of the project to ensure the end user remains in mind throughout the process. User Experience research and usability testing are key components in the process of creating digital products. At the end of this course, you will be able to plan research methods for various projects and recognize when and how to apply insights to improve your overall design. Required: Please ensure you have completed CCTD151 Introduction to UX and UI Design before registering for this course.
