Course Description

This course is intended as a hands-on experience to guide learners in developing and conducting their own research methods. With the skills gained in this course, you will be able to collect user data ethically, analyze and visually represent your reported findings, and create personas by using the data obtained in your research. User Experience (UX) research and usability testing are key components in the process of creating digital products. Identify your project problem statement, and plan your research methods to gain insights and improve your overall design. Required: Please ensure you have completed CCTD152 UX Research & Testing: Methods and Process before registering for this course.
