Course Description

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program provides professionals with a strong foundation in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, focusing on reducing defects, eliminating waste, and improving process efficiency. Through an intensive 70-hour, face-to-face training experience, participants learn to apply the DMAIC methodology, analyze processes, collect and interpret data, develop statistical hypotheses, and use essential tools to drive measurable improvements. When properly applied to well-selected projects, these methods can significantly enhance the organization's productivity and customer satisfaction. The course trains participants to execute improvement projects, collaborate with process owners to sustain gains, and apply problem-solving and quantifiable tools to real business challenges. Each participant is required to have their own current version of Minitab Statistical software. Please note that this course is offered by NAIT in partnership with ASQ.
