Integrating equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) into workplace systems, policies, and processes requires structured frameworks. This course explores EDI frameworks, their application, and how they support intersectional approaches to fostering inclusive workplaces. Participants will compare different frameworks, identify barriers to implementation, and develop strategies to integrate these frameworks into workplace practices.With the skills gained in this course, you will be able to implement EDI frameworks to advance equity and inclusion in workplace policies and processes.
