Colonial structures shape workplace culture and create barriers to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). This course explores the historical and systemic impacts of colonization, examines dominant cultural narratives, and identifies strategies for decolonizing workplace practices. Participants will analyze and explore approaches to embedding decolonization principles into policies, decision-making, and organizational culture.With the skills gained in this course, you will be able to implement decolonization practices that foster equitable workplaces.
